Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. sherry cooking wine
    1/4 tsp. chopped garlic
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, rinsed and sliced thick
    1 heaping Tbsp. brown sugar
    onion salt
Preparation
    Melt butter in medium skillet.
    Add garlic and mushrooms. Sprinkle mushrooms with onion salt and add sherry and brown sugar. Saute until tender, about 10 minutes.
    Serve in broth with salt and pepper to taste.
    Serves 2 to 4.
