Apple Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. soft butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
3 apples, peeled and sliced
Preparation

Mix butter and sugar; add the eggs and beat until fluffy.
Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Mix well and add to the butter and sugar.
Add the apples.
It becomes quite thick.
Place in a buttered 9-inch pan and spread it well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Cool on a rack.
You can also serve it warm, topped with vanilla ice cream.
