Pumpkin Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 stick margarine or 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. cooked pumpkin
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients together and bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
