Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

40 to 50 large mushrooms
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. regular sausage
2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 pkg. Mozzarella cheese (whole slices)
1 small jar Ragu \"garden style\" onion and garlic spaghetti sauce

Preparation

Brown sausage and drain.
Mix sausage with bread crumbs and egg.
Add spaghetti sauce.
Fill mushrooms and place on cookie sheet.
Place square of cheese the size of mushroom on each.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
