Ingredients

1 Tbsp. flour
1 (3/4 to 1 oz.) pkg. brown gravy mix
1/2 c. water
12 oz. fresh mushrooms, halved
1 medium onion, sliced
2 to 3 lb. beef eye of round roast
1 tsp. thyme leaves
salt and pepper
