Upside-Down Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
any canned fruit
Preparation

Melt the oleo in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sift flour, sugar and baking powder together.
Stir in milk until smooth.
Pour mixture on melted oleo. Top with fruit (reserve juice).
Pour juice on top.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes in moderate oven or until golden brown.
