Italian Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce (green or red leaf)
    1 red onion, cut in thin slices
    1 jar pimentos, drained
    1 can artichoke hearts, drained
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 bottle Italian dressing
Preparation
    Wash lettuce and cut or tear into bite-size pieces; add rest of the ingredients and toss.
