Bulghur Wheat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. oil or margarine
    2 c. bouillon
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 c. bulghur wheat
    broccoli or other veggie, cooked
    seasoning to taste: pepper, oregano, basil and 1 bay leaf
    Muenster cheese or other to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet and brown the onion.
    Add the bouillon and tomato sauce.
    Season.
    Add the wheat.
    Cover and simmer lightly until all liquid is absorbed (20 to 30 minutes).
    Add cooked broccoli.
    Cover top of casserole with grated cheese.
    Melt under broiler until lightly browned.
