Carrot-Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. salad oil
2 large eggs
1 c. finely shredded carrot
1/2 c. crushed pineapple with syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add the remaining ingredients; mix until moistened.
Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed on electric mixer. Bake in greased and lightly floured 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 35 minutes, or until done.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pan, if desired, and cool completely.
May be served with or without frosting.
If frosting is desired, use Cream Cheese Frosting.
