Strawberry Corn Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 oz. cornmeal
    1 medium egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. strawberries, sliced
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine heat and sugar.
    Bring just to a boil. Sprinkle corn meal gradually into mixture, stirring until thickened.
    Remove from heat and cool.
    Stir in egg and vanilla. Fold in strawberries and turn into baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until brown and firm.
    Remove and cool.
