Sunburst Yellow Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla or butternut flavoring
3 eggs

Preparation

Measure all ingredients into bowl before mixing.
Blend 1/2 minute on low speed, 3 minutes on high speed.
Ice with your favorite icing.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
