Britt'S Lammin' Good Chili(Pressure Cooker Chili) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground round steak
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can water
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Preparation
    Heat pressure
    cooker
    and brown meat, onions and green pepper.
    Add
    remaining
    ingredients,
    except
    kidney
    beans. Close cover
    securely.
    Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. Cook 5 minutes.
    Turn
    off burner and let pressure drop of its own accord.
    Remove
    lid, add beans and heat through.
