Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium-sized cabbages
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 1/2 c. milk
    2 green peppers, chopped
    4 c. corn bread crumbs
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Cook cabbage in 2 cups water with 1 teaspoon salt.
    When cooked, remove and drain well.
    Melt margarine.
    Mix flour, salt and pepper; add milk and green pepper.
    Cook over low heat until thick.
    Remove from heat
    and add cheese spread.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Mix corn bread crumbs in 3 tablespoons melted margarine.
