Cranberry Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. cranberry juice cocktail
6 Tbsp. powdered fruit pectin (1 box)
4 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine cranberry juice cocktail and pectin in a large saucepan; stir over high heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Stir in sugar and bring to a full boil.
Boil hard for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Skim off foam with a metal spoon.
Pour into jelly jars.
Seal with 1/8 inch layer of hot paraffin.
