Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crescent rolls (8)
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1 small bag carrots
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 large pkg. Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    1 head cauliflower
    1 c. lentils
    1 carrot, grated
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 stalk celery
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. margarine, butter or oil
    3 c. water
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, saute onion, carrots and celery in margarine.
    Add chicken broth and water.
    Stir in lentils and pepper.
    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serve hot.
