Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1 can fruit cocktail
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. condensed milk
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Sift together first 4 ingredients.
Add egg and fruit cocktail, beat with dry ingredients.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
In another bowl, mix coconut, sugar and chopped nuts.
Sprinkle over cake before baking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
