Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 (2 layer) pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt caramels in 1/3 cup evaporated milk in saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally.
    Beat remaining 1/3 cup evaporated milk, cake mix and margarine in bowl.
    Pour half the batter into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes. Sprinkle with pecans and chocolate chips.
