Salmon Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, minced (about 1/4 c.)
    1 (1 lb.) can red or pink salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 to 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/4 c. firmly packed fresh parsley leaves (1/8 c. minced)
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    dash of Tabasco
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mince onion and parsley, either by hand or with food processor.
