White Bean Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Northern white beans, cooked or 1 (No. 303) can
2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cooked
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 onions, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
6 c. chicken stock or broth
3 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
sour cream
salsa
Preparation

Heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add onions and saute.
Stir in garlic, chilies and spices.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Add cooked beans and chicken stock.
Reduce heat and cook until seasonings mingle.
Add chicken and 1 cup of cheese and stir until cheese melts.
Ladle into bowls and top with remaining cheese, sour cream and salsa.
