Quick Energy Pick-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 - 4 graham crackers, finely crushed
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. crunchy peanut butter
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. non-fat dry milk
    3 tsp. water or milk
Preparation
    Crush graham crackers.
    Mix remaining ingredients in bowl. Shape teaspoons of the mixture into 1 inch balls.
    Roll in graham cracker crumbs until coated.
    Arrange balls on ungreased cookie sheet and refrigerate 20 minutes or until firm.
