Zucchini Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
    1 tsp. shortening (for greasing pan)
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together in a medium bowl, set aside.
    In a large bowl, beat together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk and zucchini.
    Mix with electric mixer or by hand until will blended, about 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10 x 15-inch baking pan.
    Top with chocolate chips and pecans.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes until brownies test done.
    Cut into pieces.
