Kahlua Liquor - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. instant coffee
    2 5/8 c. boiling water
    7 c. sugar
    5 c. water
    1/3 c. vanilla
    fifth of vodka
Preparation
    Boil the instant coffee and 2 5/8 cups boiling water; set aside to cool.
    Boil the sugar and 5 cups water for 5 minutes, then cool.
    Mix together, then add the vanilla and vodka.
    Mix all together; pour into 4 fifth size bottles and seal.
    This liquor may not be refrigerated and will keep.
    Makes 4 1/2 fifths.
