Macaroon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 c. flour (scant)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all together and put half of dough into jelly roll pan. Then mix one box of macaroon mix with 3/4 cup of water and spread on mixture in pan.
    Cover with rest of dough.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Don't overbake.
