Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed zucchini
    1/2 lb. Muenster cheese
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Steam zucchini until barely tender.
    Add cubed cheese to drained zucchini.
    Mix together 2 eggs, flour, milk, baking powder, salt and parsley flakes.
    Pour mixture over zucchini and cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
