Spinach And Dandelion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicken stock
    3 c. fresh dandelion greens, chopped
    3 c. fresh spinach, chopped
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    pinch of nutmeg
    2 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    To the stock, add the dandelion greens and spinach.
    Add green onions, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Cook until greens are tender. Serve in bowls with nutmeg and eggs as garnish.
    Serves 6.
