7 Layer Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refried beans (10 1/2 oz.)
    2 medium tomatoes, diced
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 medium avocados
    1 can olives, sliced
    1/2 bunch scallions
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mash avocados; mix with 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Mix sour cream and taco seasoning with mayonnaise.
    Add a small amount of mayonnaise or sour cream to refried beans.
    Use a large plate and spread layers in order:
    refried beans, avocado, sour cream and seasoning mix, scallions, tomato, olives and cheese. Use Doritos to scoop and dip.
