Sweet Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. boiled, mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. nuts
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter

Preparation

Mix potatoes, milk, sugar, salt, 1/2 stick butter, eggs and vanilla.
Pour into casserole dish.
Mix brown sugar, flour, 1/2 stick butter and 1 cup milk.
Sprinkle on top (topping will be stiff).
Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
