Mom'S Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 broiler size chickens
    milk
    salt and pepper
    cornflake crumbs
    6 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Clean and cut broiler size chickens in halves.
    Place in bowl and completely cover with milk for 2 to 3 hours.
    Drain, but do not wipe chickens.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Coat with cornflake crumbs.
    In heavy frypan, heat oil (very hot).
    Brown chicken quickly.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake 35 to 50 minutes until tender in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 4.
