Fresh Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soft butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. shredded fresh coconut
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
    12 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. fresh coconut
Preparation
    Spread butter (softened) in bottom of pie plate. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups coconut. Press in firmly and chill until firm.
    Put eggs, sugar, juice, cheese and 1 cup coconut in blender. Blend well and pour into prepared pie plate. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
