No Fat No Guilt Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. carrots
1/2 c. nuts
3/4 c. Egg Beaters
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 Tbsp. applesauce
3/4 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients well; set aside.
Combine next 5 ingredients and mix well.
Add flour mixture and blend well. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour cake mixture into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
