Mexican Green Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless pork
    1 large chopped onion
    1 clove mashed garlic
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 qt. water
    3 cans Ortega green chilies
Preparation
    Cut pork in bite-size pieces; dredge with flour and brown in oil.
    Saute onion, garlic and add to pork.
    Add tomato, water and green chilies.
    Simmer 2 to 3 hours.
    Serve with beans.
