Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Combine flour, salt, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and nuts.
