Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. Tender Quick
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1 c. cold water
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Roll out in 2 long rolls.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate 24 hours.
    The next day, wrap the rolls in aluminum foil, poking holes here and there.
    Place in a shallow pan with a little water in the bottom and bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
