Baked Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. potatoes, cut up
    salt
    1 c. canned carrots (undrained)
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    pepper
    leftover roast beef
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and place in casserole.
    Put Worcestershire sauce in, if desired.
    Bake until vegetables are tender and brown on top about 1 hour.
