Seafoam Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. ice water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    3/4 tsp. celery seed
    2 c. finely shredded cabbage
Preparation
    Stir gelatin, salt and water together until dissolved.
    Add ice water.
    Add mayonnaise, vinegar, onion and celery seed, beating slightly to blend well.
    Chill until just beginning to congeal.
    Fold in cabbage.
    Pour into 3-cup mold and chill until firm.
