Easy Refrigerator Cinnamon Rolls(A No-Knead Yeast Product) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 scant tsp. salt
1/2 c. (1 stick) oleo or butter
2 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
1 beaten egg
4 c. unsifted flour
Preparation

Scald milk.
Stir in sugar, salt and oleo or butter.
Dissolve dry yeast in warm water.
Add cooled milk mixture to yeast along with egg and 2 cups unsifted flour.
Mix well and add 2 additional cups flour or enough to make a stiff batter.
Cover tightly with waxed paper or aluminum foil.
Refrigerate dough at least 2 hours. (I usually let it in refrigerator overnight.)
Take from refrigerator and roll half of mixture on floured board.
Melt oleo or butter and spread over all.
Sprinkle with mixture of cinnamon and sugar and roll up.
Cut off in slices and put in greased pan to rise.
Bake until done and frost with powdered sugar frosting.
