Cream Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 vanilla wafer cookies
    1 lb. cream cheese, room temperature
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, room temperature
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can fruit filling (cherry, pineapple or blueberry)
Preparation
    Mix cheese, 1 egg and sugar.
    Add other 2 eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
    Put cupcake papers in a muffin tin.
    Place 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cupcake paper.
    Pour batter in each about 3/4 full.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Do not brown. Allow to cool, then add topping and chill.
    Makes 18.
