Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2/3 c. uncooked oatmeal
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can celery soup
1/3 soup can water
Preparation

Mix
all
ingredients
except
1/3
can soup and water. Shape into balls; arrange in a pan.
Pour the remaining celery soup and water over meatballs.
Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
Yields 8 servings.
