Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated zucchini, unpeeled
1/3 c. oil
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
dash of salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Mix all together.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a buttered baking pan, 8 x 8 x 2-inch.
