Easy Creamy Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 c. powdered sugar
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    In medium microwave-safe bowl, place butter and shortening. Microwave on High for 1 minute or until butter is melted.
    Add cocoa and salt; stir until smooth.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Add powdered sugar alternately with milk, beating on medium speed of electric mixer until smooth and of desired consistency.
    Add additional milk if needed.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Makes about 2 cups frosting.
