Chino Valley Pinto Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pinto beans
    3 qt. water
    1 c. tomatoes (1 lb.) size
    1 large chopped onion
    8 slices bacon, cut in pieces
    3/4 c. celery, sliced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Wash beans and put in a 6-quart kettle.
    Add water.
    Bring to a simmer.
    Cover and cook until tender, about 4 hours.
    Mix remaining ingredients with the beans and the water.
    Place in a 4-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake 2 to 3 hours at 350\u00b0 until done.
