Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    3 to 4 sliced black olives
    3 slices red pepper rings
    1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, brown beef until crumbly.
    Drain.
    Add onion, green pepper, taco mix, tomato paste and water.
    Mix well. Simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add 1 1/2 cups of Monterey Jack cheese and all the Parmesan cheese to the meat mixture.
    Set aside.
