Company Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. noodles
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles in boiling water about 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse.
While noodles are cooking, in a large skillet, brown the ground beef, onions and green peppers.
Stir in tomato sauce and salt.
Remove from heat.
In a separate bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream and cream cheese.
In a 2-quart casserole, spread half the noodles, then cover with cheese mixture.
Add balance of noodles, top with meat mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Can be prepared ahead of time.
