Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) box macaroni
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. Velveeta cheese, grated (do not substitute cheese)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to box directions and drain.
    Melt butter.
    Add flour gradually to make paste.
    Add milk, a little at a time, stirring constantly.
    Add salt and heat until medium thick.
    Add grated cheese to sauce and heat until cheese melts. Pour drained macaroni into cheese sauce and microwave for 5 minutes on High.
