Smothered Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 chicken thighs or 5 deboned breasts
    2 large bell peppers
    1 large onion
    1 pod garlic
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can beef broth
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    rice
Preparation
    Brown chicken
    in
    small
    amount of oil.
    Chop the bell peppers, onion and\tgarlic\tand add to browned chicken.
    Saute until onions are clear.
    Add chicken and beef broth.
    Bring to a boil and add salt,\tpepper and red pepper to taste.
    Cook on medium-high for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Turn off heat and add flour and water
    mixture
    to
    thicken
    mixture.
    Serve
    over
    rice. Serves 4.
