Guacamole Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe avocados (about 1 1/4 lb.)
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 lb. crab meat (1 c.)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Halve and pit avocados; scoop out meat into large bowl.
    Add lemon juice.
    Mash until almost smooth.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except chips.
    Bury avocado pit in center; cover with plastic wrap.
    Chill no longer than 4 hours.
    Remove pit before serving.
    Serve with chips.
