Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. carrots, cooked
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook and stir until bubbly.
Add carrot strips.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until carrots are glazed or heated through.
