Pineapple Sweet Potato Bake - cooking recipe

1 (23 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained
3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 1-quart casserole.
In medium bowl, mash sweet potatoes with margarine and salt.
Add pineapple and orange juice.
Blend well.
Spoon into greased casserole. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
