Low Calorie Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 (2 lb.) box creamed cottage cheese
 
1 medium can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. whipped topping
1 small pkg. jello (raspberry or lime)
Preparation
- 
                            Wash and drain cottage cheese.
 
Drain pineapple. Mix dry jello into whipped topping until crystals are dissolved.
Fold pineapple and cottage cheese into jello mixture.
Spread into a 9 x 9-inch pan.
Refrigerate overnight.
