Sue May'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, boiled
    3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    1 green pepper
    1 medium onion
    mayonnaise to taste
    mustard to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook 5 to 6 medium-size potatoes until done.
    Use no seasoning while cooking.
    Drain potatoes and add all ingredients, mixing well.
